Today we go deeper into the shadows — into the unconscious beliefs and energetic imprints buried within the subconscious that still run your patterns, reactions, and emotional responses.

You’ll explore:

  • The iceberg model of the subconscious (why 95% of your behavior stems from hidden programs)

  • How fear embeds into your nervous system

  • Why you can’t just “think” your way into change — and what to do instead

  • A potent Kundalini practice to collapse fear pathways and release stored emotional charge

This is one of the most embodied and liberating experiences in the course.




Homework - Fear Release Ritual ...

 

  • Journal Prompt:
    “What fear keeps me repeating the same emotional patterns? What would my life look like if that fear no longer led me?”

  • Practice:
    Complete today’s 11-minute Kundalini release. If you can’t do the full physical movement, use the breathwork alone. Write down one feeling word before and after — notice what shifts.
