6 Phase meditation and then some ...

 

As often as you can, return to the principles (phases) of this meditation process.

 

Phase one: COMPASSION and CONNECTION. 

Phase two: GRATITUDE.

Phase three: REMOVING NEGATIVE CHARGES (Forgiveness). 

Phase 4: VISUALISING YOUR PERFECT FUTURE

Phase 5: VISUALISING YOUR PERFECT DAY 

Phase 6: CALLING ON HIGHER POWER

 

You are reminded to act with compassion towards self and others. To seek and receive connection with self, others and Source. You are reminded to return to a state of gratitude as a portal into the heart. From this heart centred place, you are invited to remove negative charges - release anything you hold against another or yourself so you can free up that energy to put into the next phases of your life (and this meditation). Practicing the power of visualisation - of big dreams and daily steps. Setting the blueprint for what you intend to create/manifest.

and lastly - communing with Source/higher power/Divine self/God. Developing that relationship daily and allowing that energy and guidance to lead you everyday.
